Here is a basic ROM based on the new Sensation 2.3.5 leaked RUU - Based on HTC Sensation 2.08.401.1 RUU - Updated Market apps to latest versions and moved them to /data/app for easy removal if not wanted - Removed HTC 'Snooping' apps - Deodexed - Rooted (SuperUser 3.0.7 & latest binary). Add-Ons: HTC Amaze Camera - Here a mod to upgrade the stock Camera to the one from the HTC Amaze. I'd recommend it as it's a much better app.

1. Jun 26, 2012 - you can run an ruu,if you do honestly want 100% stock ICS,or you can flash a rom in recovery if youd like rooted stockish ics with the sense ui. I personally would go the custom rom route,there is slightly les chance for a goof up(an ruu will install a new hboot and radio),and there are several really nice.
